Most of the members participated in the operation management of major airports in China, such as Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Participating in airport management and planning, the team members work closely with the government and civil aviation regulatory authorities in the planning and design of airport facilities, the effective coordination implementation of the development projects as well as the use a variety of analytical tools, computer simulation for facility capacity analysis and development of operational management solutions.
Airport Retailing and Commercial Developments
Our team of experts in airport retailing and commercial development has over 35 years of experience in setting up retail outlets and development of commercial facilities at major international airports.
In recent years, many airports in Mainland China have realized the benefits that can be derived from the development of commercial and logistic infrastructures and facilities. Some of our members were engaged as advisor to the managing board of some major airports to provide professional advice to their commercial and logistic development projects.
Airport Construction, Engineering Design and Facilities Management
Our expertise include the overall planning, construction and fixed asset management. Members of our team were involved in the construction of HKIA and have provided advisory services on the design and management of airport projects to serval large airports in Mainland China including Beijing Capital International Airport.
In facilities management, our team has a full range of experience in managing airport infrastructures such as RWY/TWY lighting systems, aviation security systems, IT and network systems, baggage handling systems, passenger check- in systems, communications and control systems, building services systems and other equipment maintenance.
